Rusty and Cristy Mosley both grew up in the Southwest and are graduates of Baylor University.  Rusty earned his Master of Divinity at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, in 1999.  They have been in ministry for over 10 years and now desire to establish a grace-centered church planting movement that will impact the growing Metro East area.  Their children attend the O'Fallon public schools and their mission is to invest their lives along with the message of redemption into all areas of our community in order to serve the total wellbeing of the Metro East.  Their children are Lucy Grace (11), Mary Lynn (9), and Jackson (3).

JR is originally from Pensacola, Florida, but attended college at Samford University in Birmingham, AL.  In college, he became a Christian and soon after felt God calling him to be a minister.  JR graduated from Samford's Beeson Divinity School with a Master of Divinity in 2005 and soon after was ordained to serve as the Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) campus minister at the University of Iowa.  During this time he married his wife Abby.  They moved to the Metro East in 2007 and he began serving as the assistant pastor at Redeemer in 2008.  JR and Abby don't have any children (yet), but they are trying out their skills on their dog Kodiak.
