1. Evangelistic Worship: Our highest calling is to glorify and enjoy our Great God forever. Now meeting at Marie Schaefer School in O’Fallon, we will exalt Him, strengthen believers, and always be mindful of the questions and needs of those who are far from the Father.

2. Building Relationships and Networking: We will continue the work of asking questions to understand the Metro East area, its strengths and its needs, in order to pray and work hard for its complete "shalom" (well being).  We are also trying to simply love people and serve them as we make new friendships through our network of friends, neighbors, and co-workers.

3. Establishing Small Groups for Outreach / Discipleship:  We are also meeting weekly in small groups to share our lives because we believe that life was meant to be lived in community with others. As we make friends, we are gathering to share each other's stories and learn more about this message of God's grace.Â

4. Servant Evangelism and Mercy Ministry: We will also seek to serve the hurting and the needy in our community through existing agencies and in different ways with our gifts, resources, and lives.

5. Plant Churches: We believe the best way to impact a city is through the planting of churches.  We want to start not just a church plant, but a church plant movement in the Metro East area, including churches to each ethnicity and culture in the area.   Â
